Sand Screening Plant
Our advanced sand screening plant processes river sand from premium sources into well-graded, dust-free output compliant with IS 383:2016. We supply two types of sand to meet different project requirements.
Naturally sourced river sand screened to remove oversized particles and debris. Ideal for general concrete, masonry mortar and plastering. Available in Zone I, II and III grading as per IS 383:2016.
River sand washed to remove silt, clay and fine dust particles. Meets strict quality requirements for high-strength RMC, precast concrete and structural applications. Superior workability and reduced water demand.

Note: The 600-micron sieve is the most critical for determining grading zone. Any sand outside these limits can be used if mix design proves strength and durability.
